Sorry, it's about time I cleared up the old Journal. Nobody reads these things, but the old one was beginning to annoy me. So away it goes.

And since nobody reads these, I'm just gonna go ahead and wonder aloud if I'm the only one here who likes poetry at all because seeing as how my own poetic submissions have gone uncommented on, I'm inclined to think that either a)you're all indifferent to that particular art, or b)I suck at it so badly none of you have the heart to lie to me or to tell how badly I suck. Either one is fine, I just want to know. Even if I suck, I won't stop writing stuff, I just won't waste the effort to post anything.

Speaking of, you should also know that my scanner at the moment is officially dead. 'Cos I know a dead scanner when I see one, and I'm lookin' at one right now. This scanner is definitely deceased. Pushing up the daisies. Kicked the bucket. Joined the choir invisible. Gone to meet its manufacturer - THIS IS AN EX-SCANNER!!
</Monty Python>
Anyhow, I digress. Point is, I would post up some of my recent scribblings (only scraps, but still, they show I haven't completely lost my small talent for graphite), but I can't, unless one of you wants to let me borrow your scanner. I'm getting into colors now, though, which is terribly exciting (for me). My thanks to the cast of Stargate SG-1 (particularly Mr. Shanks) who I have been shamelessly practicing on, and not always with good results.

Apart from that, I have done a couple of Tegakis (my handle there is DoctorDJ) and plan to fiddle around some more, so there's that.

Also, there's a great blog I discovered recently: [link]

They post all manner of groovy art related things, and always with plenty of outside links for further pursuance and they have a good tagging system as well. They are, so far as I have seen, generally Work Safe.

That's all for now, folks.

Hey, yeah! I'm at the college pretty much all day on Tuesdays and Thursdays if you wanna drop by. Yeah, I'm going to miss you guys (and even Alaska, to my eternal chagrin), but I hear tell Seattle's colleges have great Anthropology departments. Either way it'll be an adventure! Maddie and I are actually thinking of starting a friends only blog to document and apprise each other of such adventures; I have yet to test a prototype though.

DA's still pretty fun, but it seems like only Fuzz, you and I are here anymore XD
Hope I get to see you before I leave!

Ah, yes, the colleges down there are better no doubt. KPC annoys me for some reason....dont know why.. Ah well, I have to go there this january anyways for accounting and bookkeeping...something about futhering my current job opportunities. Heck, why not It will make the boss lady happy with me.

At least one of us is getting out into the world. I wish you the best of luck. Your going to do great in whatever you decide to do, I know it.

And no doubts i will c you before you leave...I've been hanging with Taylor alot lately. We'll just have to meet up somewhere....oh lets say Pizza Hut over some delicious chicken alfredo??

Aw, thanks man.

That sounds like an excellent plan... we must call Tay and coordinate. Sometime after Halloween I'll probably be free. But I'll be here till January-February at least, so no rush.

I almost told you that I loved you.
Thank God I didn't, 'cause it would have been a lie.
I say the damnedest things
When you're on top of me.
I almost told you that I loved you.
